In just twelve weeks time (as of Tuesday 11th August ) Euro Bus Expo 2014 – the leading dedicated trade fair for the bus and coach industry in Europe this year – opens its doors at the NEC Birmingham.
The free to attend three day show, which takes place Tuesday 4th – Thursday 6th November, is already a sell out in exhibition space terms, with 255 confirmed exhibitors. With the focus firmly on the future of passenger transport, Euro Bus Expo 2014 will provide an excellent platform for exhibitors from every part of the industry supply chain in 25,000m2 of hall space in one of Europe’s leading exhibition centres.
All the latest mini, midi and full size buses and coaches from leading manufacturers and dealers will be on display, providing a unique opportunity to see all the latest models under one roof. Ultra low emission vehicles (ULEVs) – including hybrid, electric and gas power – are likely to feature strongly at EBE 2014.
Euro Bus Expo 2014 will once again feature a number of zones, providing exhibitor clusters and making navigation easier for visitors to the show. Dedicated Technology and Environmental Zones will give visitors the opportunity to see all the latest developments that are increasingly shaping and reducing the environmental impact across the European passenger transport sector, while the Accessibility Zone will highlight on-going innovations that are making transport by buses and coaches ever more accessible to all user groups
A stimulating and informative education programme will be running across all three days as an integral part of the show, taking place both on the Environmental Stage and Master Class Theatre.
With just twelve weeks to go before its opening, the excitement around the show is already beginning to build, according to Show Director Mark Griffin. “With the holiday season now pretty much behind us, exhibitors are now gearing up to maximise their presence at, what is, a major industry event. With the show fully sold out in terms of exhibition space, excellent visitor pre registration levels and a real buzz already across our social media channels, all the signs point to an action-packed three days at the NEC in the first week in November.
“Euro Bus Expo is where our industry meets – at the last EBE in 2012 we had visitors from 40 countries and it is also an exceptionally well attended show – not only by bus and coach operators and suppliers from every sector – but also local and national government representatives and transport media.
