TEMSA MD7 Plus is chosen as Spanish Midibus of the Year
TEMSA’s MD7 Plus midibus has received the “Best Midibus of the Year” Award from the “National Transportation Awards” in Spain. The “National Transportation Awards” is organized by EDITEC Group, publishing house of the Spanish trade magazines “Transporte 3” and “Viajeros”.
The jury responsible for awarded this price consists of officials of Spanish companies involved in passenger transport in Spain. It is a panel of nearly 60 specialists, professionals and businesspeople from cargo and passenger transport sectors judged 75 vehicles in 11 categories. In the category Midibus 2 vehicles competed. The TEMSA MD7 Plus won by receiving the highest number of votes and was awarded as the “Best Midibus of the Year”. Hakan Koralp, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at TEMSA: “Our MD7 Plus bus is one of the most popular Midi Coach segment products preferred by the urban transporters. Furthermore, the vehicle adapts to challenging road conditions with its advanced manoeuvrability.”
He reminded that TEMSA had a very successful year and added: “Last the year, the pandemic had a negative impact on the global economy and countries, however, we managed to complete a number of milestones in production, sales and exportation. In addition to the electrical buses we exported, we sold over 2000 vehicles in bus, midibus and light-duty truck segments. In 2022, our goal is to improve our efficiency in the European market”.
