IBE Looks ahead to tomorrow’s events

The exhibitions and events industry has been hit hard by this terrible pandemic, and like most of you, we have been seized by a sensation of anxiety and uncertainty that we have never felt before. But ours is a positive and proactive sector, which can react swiftly to difficulties. And this is why we have never stopped asking ourselves how we can be useful to and support the various industry value chains we represent.
New scenarios are emerging, and we are resolved to take up the huge challenge of resuming our activities more united and confident than ever.

Our Green and Technology division is fully operational, and has maintained discussions with its numerous institutional, association and academic partners as well as with the whole industrial community, in order to identify business proposals and innovative solutions that will influence decisions to be taken in the near future. We are working on new digital tools to keep in touch with our community, giving a voice to countless partners, engineers, scientists, business people, politicians and administrations, who continue to work to guarantee fairer and more sustainable development models.
We have felt your warmth and sympathy in the last few weeks, and wish to return it to you.

International Bus Expo, have always put the safety of people who travel every day for business, work, leisure and tourism first, and innovation has always been the compass that guides us in conceiving sustainable growth and development models. IBE intends to maintain its focus on new solutions for the integrated, sustainable and safe mobility of people.

Backed by this experience and sensibility, we intend to emerge from this emergency with a commitment to improving hygiene and safety in facilities that already set very high standards.
Our teams are also using this time to consider new solutions that reduce risks in places where many people come together at the same time. Restoring confidence in the exhibition experience has become our new objective.
Ecomondo and Key Energy will hopefully be held from 22 to 24 October, with possible changes to guarantee greater safety while ensuring the same level of opportunity for discussion and forging relationships.

We’ll see you in Rimini.

And meanwhile, let’s look forward
