EMV Transport Forum
ContactlessThe EMV Transport Forum is the UK’s first niche industry gathering which cuts through the noise around bank-card ticketing and discusses the ‘hands-dirty’ aspects of implementation and market adoption of EMV transport ticketing.
With the discussion shaped by pre-submitted concerns and questions, the aim of the quarterly forums is to mobilise authorities to flush out concerns in EMV implementations across transport networks.
Join the newly created EMV transport community whether your interest is as a spectator for an exploratory understanding or you are in implementation phase and tackling the real-life issues of bank card ticketing.
The EMV Transport Forum will meet quarterly, alternating between virtual and face-to-face meet ups. Annual membership for operators is free but limited to two places per organisation. Registrations will be vetted to be approved.
Annual membership for technology vendors as an Enabling Partner allows up to two representatives to attend the in-person meetings.
As an approved member of the EMV Transport Forum you will have access to the community and content from meetings through the EMV online portal year around and in the quarterly meetings. You will also play an active role in shaping the content of the meetings.
The first EMV Transport Forum meeting of 2016 will take place on the 28 January, at the Addleshaw Goddard LLP Offices, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG following Transport Ticketing & Passenger Information Global.
