Busworld Kortrijk visitors, a growth of 9%  
Almost 35.000 professional visitors visited the exhibition 

The 23rd edition of the biannual professional bus and coach exhibition Busworld Kortrijk welcomed 34.932 professional visitors from 118 countries. This is a growth of nothing less than 9 %. On a visitor number level, this edition was the biggest ever.
 
Also on the exhibitor number level it was the biggest ever with 411 companies coming from 36 countries to exhibit in Busworld Kortrijk. These exhibitors confirmed that sales was good to excellent and that they had a lot of promising international contacts.
 
Furthermore, the 23rd Busworld Kortrijk confirmed the general breakthrough of alternative powertrains. In 2013, this was already tangible, but now almost every vehicle manufacturer presented at least one alternative powertrain vehicle.

Busworld Kortrijk started in 1971 and is held every two years in Kortrijk (Belgium). With over 40 years of experience, it is the oldest and most famous bus and coach exhibition. In 2001, Busworld International went worldwide and it now has five sister exhibitions covering all continents.
